This technical solution modifies the position of the axle, which is higher than in the traditional configuration, thus maximizing ground clearance and granting better offroad capabilities. 
In addition, reduction gearboxes between axle shafts and wheel hubs drive the same power at reduced torque, reducing load on the axle crownwheel and differential.
The result is a more robust and performing bridge, especially when used in heavy conditions and on rough terrain.
